ANVILgcl is a windows program for compiling & linking GRAPL-IV
programs. Designed with an easy-to-use windows interface, it makes
compiling & linking programs and their subroutines quicker. The program
is designed to run on Windows NT 4.0 (SP5 or greater), Windows 98, Windows
2000, or XP only.

- Simple Windows interface for processing ANVIL parts.
- ANVILgcl now supports Windows NT 4.0/2000/XP.
- New browse option for choosing GRE executable directory.
